Test Your Child’s range of Motion – Standup Kids

At StandUpKids.org, we believe children’s sedentary behavior is a public health crisis and that children need to MOVE MORE and SIT LESS.

Does your child have normal range of motion? Should you care about your child’s range of motion? YES! We’ve chosen these three quick positional tests (a feet-together squat, the “couch-stretch” position, and full shoulder range of motion test) because they represent full and normal range of motion. These positions are the most easily compromised by sedentary activities and behaviors!
